Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Sapporo

Location is OK, its not far from the exit D-Liveplace** (if you use google map its always guide you through JR station exit at Daimaru) and underground walk is really help in winter its can direct you to Odori, Susukino and Tanukikoji by walk or train. The location near JR station is really great for you to transport to nearby town such as Otaru or to the airport and there are many shops and restaurants all the way in Underground walk. The hotel system on TV shown status of Onsen whether it crowd or vacant and the Onsen (even I think its not really mineral water like really Onsen in outskirt) its still great and have the same function. The lodge style room have separated toilet and bathroom. Hotel have Microwave and vender machine on B1 floor.

my room type was spacious, window was L shape and could view the renovating Gov. office in sapporo, and facing tree tops, walking distance to Daimaru , Apia, Red Terrace, a lot of food choices, hotel breakfast was great

My family booked a triple sharing room and there was ample space - we even had a little living area which was great for us to eat our packed meals. My family also enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Despite the queue, the staff made sure to clear the tables as quickly as possible so that we could be seated. The buffet breakfast items were regularly refilled, especially the seafood for guests to make their own seafood bowl. The location of the hotel is great too! We were not too far away from JR Sapporo Station and not too near so that we could enjoy some peace and quiet. Special shoutout to staff member Kim or Lim (we cannot recall now), who helped us call the cab to the airport on the morning of our departure from Sapporo to New Chitose Airport. He was so polite and informative! Our family enjoyed the public bath and facilities too. It was relaxing to be able to take a soak each night after walking and exploring Sapporo area. Thank you to the staff at Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Sapporo for giving us a wonderful time!

The Solaria was a beautiful place to stay in the heart of Sapporo, right near Sapporo Station. We stayed for three nights for the Sapporo Snow Festival so it was a very busy time at the hotel but everything was still beautifully managed. We didn't eat at the restaurant so I can't comment on that. The rooms and all aspects of the hotel were super clean and very comfortable. The public bath (for hotel guests) was lovely and included an outdoor bath as well. The room was comfortably sized and very reasonably priced, particularly for this very busy time. We also had a beautiful view across to the park with the old Government Building. Highly recommended.

I would like to recognize Mr. Ito Front/overnight in his help in setting up a meeting in Yokohama using his english & japanese skills. He consistently checked with my wife to the accuracy of the details of the dinner meeting. I would also like to commend Ms. Nomura Front/day for her pleasant assistance in helping me to ship out a parcel. My friend received the box within two days. The rooms were consistent with a mid-level Japanese hotel with adequate space & well-thought out placement.
